Learning Outcomes
Explore a range of different job roles (and levels) and know that jobs are connected into sectors. Be aware of ‘stereotyping’ and make positive choices about their future.
Be able to discuss key employability skills and begin to give examples about how these have been / could be developed.
Have encountered employers and community organisations and be able demonstrate what they have learned from this process.
Be aware of the range of different pathways and progression routes available and be able to relate these to subject option choices.
Have encountered progression (training, university and apprenticeship) providers and be able demonstrate what they have learned from this process.
